Upper Intermediate GIS

Course Brief

The trainees in this course will start touching the benefits of GIS analysis. The duration of this course is 50 hours covered in two weeks and divided into 10 lectures; each lecture is 5 hours in length.

Course Objectives:

  • Understanding raster analysis tools
  • Getting hands-on experience in vector data analysis
  • Getting familiar with model builder

  • Adapt 3D visualization skills

Target Groups:

This course is designed for the students, employees, executives, managers and professionals in the various public sectors and private organizations who have basic experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and seek to level up their skills.

Prerequisite

Students should have basic ArcGIS for Desktop skills as well as good English language skills
